Standard Chartered Bank is one of the first bank to be granted the Virtual Bank license by Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Mr. Peter Clark, the Chief Information Officer, will share about an incumbent bank' view in the plan to establish a virtual bank with innovative digital services.
