Please be informed that there is a new arrangement to improve the security as well as enhancing the password standard of your CUHK Alumni account. An email dated April 15, 2019 was sent to alumni who have not changed their passwords since the launch of the new Alumni Password Self-service Platform in January 2019.
For those who have NOT yet changed your password since January 31, 2019, please reset/change your password on or before June 30, 2019:
- Click Change Password after logging on to MyCUHK platform
OR
- Click Creating or Resetting Your Passwords on MyCUHK page at http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk
If the passwords remain unchanged after June 30, 2019, you will NOT be able to access alumni IT services including email (if subscribed), MyCUHK, WiFi, etc. with "Incorrect ID / Password" or “Password Expired” message prompted. You can still change your password through the above mentioned channels so that you can continue to enjoy these alumni IT services.
