There are many reasons for people to support green living including promoting good health and well-being, and ensuring a sustainable future for all. However, there are other hidden reasons why some people, especially Asians, are keen to support green products and services. In this luncheon talk, Prof. Lisa Wan will share her latest findings in face concern and how it affects people’s reactions to green services. She will also discuss the impact of guilt and shame on personal responsibility towards green living.

For corporate firms, green products and services often reflect their unique brands as well as missions in Corporate Social Responsibility. With his decades of experience working in the energy industry, Mr. Dannis Poon will share with us how he has witnessed the transformation from traditional to green energy business in Hong Kong and overseas, and the challenges facing companies in promoting renewable energy.
